At Booblinka Jewellery, I want you to feel confident in your purchase. Below are the details of my return and exchange policies:


Returns:

  • I offer a 14-day return policy. You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
  • To be eligible, items must be:
    • Unworn and unused.
    • In their original packaging.
    • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and Issues:

  • Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact me immediately at info@booblinkajewellery.com.
  • For items damaged during transit, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery, including photos of the packaging and the damaged item.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

  • Custom-made and personalised jewellery cannot be returned or refunded due to their bespoke nature.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

Exchanges:

  • I offer credit notes for shop items if you change your mind within 7 days of receiving them.
  • Items must be:
    • Unworn and unused.
    • In their original packaging.
  • Credit notes are valid for 12 months from the issue date.

Refunds:

  • Goods sold are generally non-refundable. Refunds are only issued for:
    • Items damaged during transit.
    • Items with a manufacturing fault.
  • Each item is carefully inspected and recorded before dispatch to ensure quality.
  • If your refund is approved, it will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow time for processing by your bank or credit card company.

  • Custom Orders: These are made just for you and cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Quality Assurance: All jewellery is thoroughly checked before being shipped.
  • Customer Responsibility: If you suspect damage from mishandling after delivery, such as breakage, it cannot be refunded or replaced.
