Thank you for choosing Booblinka Jewellery! Here’s everything you need to know about how your order will be shipped:

What’s Included in Your Package:
Every order is carefully packaged with:

  • A thank you card featuring jewellery care instructions on the back.
  • A complimentary polishing cloth to keep your jewellery shining.
  • My business card.
  • An "About Me" leaflet sharing my story and passion for handmade jewellery.

How Long Will It Take to Receive Your Order?

  • Made-to-Order Items: Handcrafted pieces take 6-8 weeks to create. If you need your jewellery sooner, please email me at info@booblinkajewellery.com , and I’ll do my best to accommodate your request. Once completed, your jewellery will be shipped via express delivery.
  • Ready-to-Ship Items: These are dispatched within 1-3 working days and sent via express delivery.

Shipping Details:

  • UK Orders: Sent via Royal Mail Special Delivery, which is insured and requires a signature. Please note: This is a small parcel and will not fit through a standard letterbox.
  • Channel Islands: Shipped via Parcel Force, with similar delivery terms to the UK.
  • Free UK Delivery: Orders over £500 qualify for free UK delivery.

I currently ship to:

  • UK
  • Channel Islands
  • USA

Unfortunately, I am unable to ship to Northern Ireland or Europe due to the EU’s General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR), which came into effect on 13 December 2024. These regulations make compliance challenging for small businesses.

Important Information:

  • I am not VAT-registered, so the prices listed on the website are the final amounts you pay. I cannot issue VAT refunds.
  • Customers outside the UK are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, or import duties.
