Deposit and Pricing
For all bespoke orders, I require a 50% deposit to start crafting your piece. The final cost may vary depending on the complexity of the design and the fluctuating prices of precious metals.

Payment Methods
You can easily make payments via PayPal or Bank transfer, whichever is convenient for you.

Crafting Time and Express Orders
The creation time for bespoke pieces typically ranges from 4-6 weeks, depending on the complexity and my current workload. If you're in a hurry, please contact me. I'm open to discussing express orders to meet your special occasions.

Shipping and Returns for Your Unique Piece

Delivery
All items are shipped via Royal Mail special delivery, insured for your peace of mind. This cost is included in the total price of your order. International shipping is also available, but please be aware that I'm not responsible for any customs fees incurred.

Return Policy
I accept returns within 14 days of purchase. However, bespoke pieces, tailored specifically for you, can only be returned if they are faulty. Please ensure returned items are unworn and in their original packaging. Remember, the postage costs for returning unwanted goods are your responsibility. If your item is faulty, contact me immediately for a replacement or a full refund.
